Five quick steps before your appointment.
A little prep keeps Sofie on schedule and your seat guaranteed. Run through the checklist below, then head to Square.

Book through Square
All appointments go through Square or directly with Sofie — no walk-ins. Not sure what to pick? Message Sofie first.

Pick your braid color
Tell Sofie the braid color when booking. If you need a custom blend, request it at least 1 week ahead — same-day blends aren't possible.
- 03
Wash, detangle, blow-out
Hair must arrive freshly washed, detangled, and blown out — no oil added. Unclean hair means the appointment is canceled and you'll be charged.

Come solo (mostly)
Only the person with the appointment is allowed in — drop-off and pick-up only. Kids under 14 may have one parent stay. Traveling 1 hour+ with a child under 18? One parent may stay.
A few quick rules
- Running 10–15 mins late? Message Sofie. After 15 minutes the appointment is canceled.
- No-shows will be charged.
- Style changes can't happen on the day of — choose carefully when booking.
- Goddess / Boho: bring 2–3+ packs of human, wavy, or synthetic curly hair.
